Caché®
In the InterSystems website they don’t mention the registration mark assigned to Cache’ on their website in their copyright section. The only pace that we used the registration mark for Cache’ was in the Announcement. We can cover their product through the general attribution mentioned above.
Excel
Microsoft does not require that we acknowledge their trademark. They are just concerned that we use the word Excel properly – which we have. We would have to add a disclaimer if we used the word Microsoft, but we only used Excel.
